Outside food and beverages are not permitted. It is Cinépolis' policy to not allow outside food or beverages into our theaters, however in certain instances such as dietary, allergies or medical reasons, our policy should never prevail over a guest's needs. It is advised that if you need to bring in outside food or beverage into Cinépolis for one of these reasons, please alert the manager on duty before taking your seat.
Our theaters open 30 minutes prior to the first show time and close 30 minutes after the last movie has started.
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If we find a lost or forgotten item valued at $100.00 or more, we will deliver it to local law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Cinépolis Junior offers families a space to enjoy the magic of movies in an environment that caters to children, unlike anything the U.S. has seen before. The playful rooms offer families a new and entertaining way to connect through one-of-a-kind spaces designed with children in mind. Children cannot play while the film is playing. 20 minutes of playtime will start before the scheduled showtime. Additionally, there is a 15-minute intermission halfway through the film for children to play, visit concessions and take a bathroom break. Cinépolis Junior shows children’s films (G and PG only) seven days a week and offers reserved seating for guests.

Each chair is equipped with motion simulators and programmed to the film. Good question! Here are some details about our Private Watch Parties. There is a Food and Beverage Minimum required for the space. This minimum can be achieved by individual tabs or one tab. Our full menu available for purchase. All orders including candy, popcorn, alcoholic beverages and menu items will help achieve the minimum. All menu items will have a 21% Service fee for our waitstaff. As the guest booking your Private Watch Party online, you understand that online bookings are DIY and added event services are not available.
We encourage guests to try TheaterEars. The TheaterEars app allows you to watch new release films at the movie theater in Spanish. Simply load the app select your movie, showtime, and language to get the movie track on your phone. When you arrive at the movie theater, TheaterEars will sync to the movie through your phone's microphone and then play the full movie soundtrack in your chosen language. In most cases, yes you can get a refund on your tickets via in person at the box office or by clicking "Refund Now" at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email at least 1 hour prior to the showtime.
Booking fees and service charges may not be subject to a refund.
