POLICIES

PRICING POLICY
All 3D movies will have a $3 dollar surcharge per ticket added to the cost of each ticket.
In most cases, yes you can get a refund on your tickets via in person at the box office or by clicking "Refund Now" at the bottom of your ticket confirmation email at least 1 hour prior to the showtime. Booking fees and service charges may not be subject to a refund.

ADA:
All auditoriums are ADA accessible. We are more than happy to provide you with assistance.

GUEST POLICIES:
Search Policy
Purses, backpacks, satchels and bags of any type are subject to search.

Disability Notice
Assistive listening devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request.

Lost and Found Policy
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If we find a lost or forgotten item valued at $100.00 or more, we will deliver it to local law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Proposition 65
This facility may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Open/Concealed Firearm Policy
As a matter of company policy, Cinépolis USA does not allow firearms or weapons in its theaters, except for those carried by identified law enforcement officers.

Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy
If a movie is not shown due to technical problems, you can get a refund or exchange if requested at the time of the problem and at the manager’s discretion.

If you paid using your credit card, a refund will be posted to your card. Refunds take up to 72 hours to process. Please be patient.

At the discretion of management, a ticket may be exchanged for the same movie at a different time.

At the discretion of management, a ticket may be exchanged for a different movie currently being shown at the theater as long as it is requested 1 hour before the movie starts and if seats are available.

Your rights, including access, deletion, and opt-outs
You have the right to request that Cinépolis USA disclose to you what information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells.  You also have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about you which the business has collected about you.  You have the right to direct Cinépolis USA to not sell your information.  To submit any of these requests via our online form click here: cinepolisusa.com/home/personal-information. Cinépolis USA will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your above rights.

RATINGS:
G - General audiences. All ages admitted.

PG - Parental guidance suggested.

PG13 - Parents strongly cautioned. Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.

R - Restricted. Children under 17 require accompanying parent or adult guardian.

NC17 - No one 17 and under admitted.

CINÉPOLIS SEAL OF APPROVAL / CINÉPOLIS GUARANTEE:
The Cinépolis Guarantee is simply a seal of approval that serves as a recommendation.  The Cinépolis Guarantee holds no monetary value and does not entitle ticket holders to a refund for any reason.
