By purchasing a ticket for the Cinepolis Junior theatre, which features a children’s play area, you have accepted and agreed to abide by the safety rules for the auditorium.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children.

No adults may enter the Cinepolis Junior theatre unless accompanied by a child.

To enter the play area, children must be between the ages of 3 and 12 years old and be between 3 and 5 feet tall. Shoes are not allowed in the play area and socks must be worn. Adults may not use the play area.

Cinepolis will not be responsible for incidents, injuries or damages due to a child’s, parent’s, or guardian’s negligence or non-compliance with the rules of the Cinepolis Junior theatre or the play area.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the 4DX auditorium, you are acknowledging that you understand and will comply with the safety warning and guidelines.

4DX is a high tech seat that employs strong motion, significant vibrations, strobe lighting and is equipped with special physical effects such as wind, fog, lightning, mist and scents that enhance what you see on the screen.

If you have a medical condition or disability that may be impacted by the 4DX experience, it is strongly recommended that you consult with your physician before participating.

Neither Cinepolis nor 4DX is liable or responsible for any injury or damage suffered as a result of the 4DX experience.

Purchase of this watch party requires a $100 Food and Beverage minimum. Minimum can be met on individual or combined tabs. Full menu will be available for purchase including candy, popcorn, alcohol, and items from our scratch kitchen.

If you do not reach the minimum, our team can offer food/drink to go including alcohol in participating locations. There is no set minimum for gratuity/service charge but tips are strongly encouraged and welcomed for great service!
